ШУАЗ series of cabinets (control cabinet for automation and protection): they are a protected low-voltage complete devices. Cabinets are made on the basis of metal construction, similar to "Rittal", using original parts of custom-designed cabinet.

Main functions

  • structure and the list of functions of protection, automation, monitoring and telecontrol, as well as service functions depends on the choice of the execution of the microprocessor device "MRZS" and the wishes of the customer;
  • digital, light (sound) indication (signaling) of controlled parameters, single-line diagram;
  • heating, cooling, lighting, electricity metering.

Structure

  • The ШУАЗ series cabinets are manufactured in accordance with the specification AIAR.656337.001 TU and comply with the requirements of IEC 60439-1:2004, IEC 61000-6-5:2001, PUE (7th edition).
  • The ШУАЗ series cabinets use the components of the world's leading manufacturers: Weidmuller, Phoenix contact, Conta-Clip, Ganz KK, Rittal and others.
  • When manufacturing cabinets of the ШУАЗ series, the original technology of high-quality electrical installation is applied, using specially produced harnesses with digital and color markings, placed in perforated cable channels on the inside of the cabinet.
  • The design features of SHUAZ series cabinets comply with the requirements of DTEK's Technical Policy and are manufactured in compliance with the requirements of 150 9001:2008 and GOST 150 9001-2011.

  • If it is necessary to provide more severe requirements for seismic resistance, the standard structure of SHUAZ series cabinets, upon customer request (optional), can be reinforced.
  • With each cabinet of the SHUAZ series, an optional set of spare parts can be supplied on request (optional), ensuring compliance with the requirements for the readiness and maintainability of the cabinet during the warranty period of operation.
  • The quality management system of meets the requirements of DSTU ISO 9001:2015 (ISO 9001:2015, IDT).

    Additional functional features

  • ШУАЗ series cabinets are manufactured on the basis of typical RPA circuits with microprocessor-based devices of the MRZS series developed and manufactured by our company. All microprocessor devices included in the cabinet have Event loggers and emergency oscilloscopes and are equipped with three independent communication interfaces - USB, RS485 and an optional customer interface: RS485, twisted pair Ethernet (100BASE-TX) or Ethernet. with optical Interfaces (100BASE-FX). The microprocessor devices of the MRZS series can be used as low-level devices in the process control system of power facilities and for the organization of the RPM automated working stations (promSCADA). Reading and changing device settings, viewing current network parameters and reading the recorder is done with the help of specialized software supplied with the cabinet.
  • The cabinets of the SHUAZ series have a special design, providing for the installation on them of additional digital measuring instruments, control keys, light signaling of switching devices and mnemonic elements for their use as a part of an untypical control board of the substation.
  • In the lower section of SHUAZ cabinets, in a number of versions, test connectors can be installed.

  • ШУАЗ-110-CS cabinet when used on objects with lack of guaranteed operational current does not require additional works for adapting to the usual circuit approaches, but implementation on a modern element base and using modern approaches allows to bring solutions to a new technical level and increase reliability.
  • The ШУАЗ-110-CS cabinet allows:

    • to receive currents up to 4 group alarm ties;
    • to ensure the operability of group alarm ties and discrete signals during the drawdown of an operational current;
    • to receive up to 224 discrete signals;
    • organize ties of flashing light, "dark" ties;
    • reception and display of alarm and warning signals.
